Directions from City Airport:

Turn right out of the lot onto CONNER AVE, and Ivan Doverspike Company will be on the right side about a quarter of a mile down.

Directions from Metro Airport:

Take the I-94 EAST ramp towards DETROIT. Merge onto I-94 E. Take the CONNER AVE exit, exit number 220B, towards CITY AIRPORT. Merge onto CONNER AVE. You will immediately cross Harper Ave., and Ivan Doverspike Company will be about a quarter of a mile down on the left side.
