Upon delivery of the remanufactured machine, we take your old machine in on trade and apply trade in value to the purchase price.

Inventory: Over 600 Single and Multiple Spindle Automatics in stock, all under one roof!
CNC Capabilities: Two Axis CNC Slides are available for all multiple spindle machines. Three Axis Pick off and back finish attachments are available with Direct Drive Machines. Servo controlled linear threading attachments, thermal compress for servo controlled slides. Servo controllers maintool slides are available with Direct Drive Attachments.
Machine Rebuilding: The heart of our business, each process is performed in our own facility, not jobbed out. We have complete control over the rebuild process and provide 100% accountability. We have our own in house carrier and headstock department, spindle rebuilding department, slide rebuilding department, controls department, etc. All of our resources are at our fingertips, and under our own supervision.
Engineering: A competent and complete engineering staff capable of engineering your job, set up, tool layout, attachments, parts, etc. We have a dedicated CAD network set up to service all of your engineering needs.
Controls: All control design, fabricating, programming and installation is performed in house. We offer programmable logic controllers, touch screen panels with diagnostics, encoders, CNC, and much more.
Parts: Over 60,000 square feet of new and used parts, attachments, tooling, and accessories. Our inventory of parts and attachments is unsurpassed. We have a complete in house machining facility which is dedicated 100% to the manufacture of replacement screw machine parts.
